The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to coach a diverse team, maintaining high standards across rooms and public areas.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• A 4-year college degree or a 2-year degree with related experience per the Hotel SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Housekeeping Department to provide quality service and a clean, safe environment.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach and discipline Housekeeping staff and ensure training adherence.
• Maintain room cleanliness, inventory, and equipment in good condition.
• Balance room status nightly and coordinate with other departments to meet daily targets.
• Prepare employee schedules and manage payroll and productivity targets.
• Review VIP rooms and ensure privacy and security per standards.
