Job summary

Reflections Holidays is hiring hands-on staff to help maintain our cabins and guest facilities across our NSW destinations. You will clean cabins, amenities, laundry and camp kitchen, stock replenishment, and assist visitors with directions while upholding safety procedures. A can-do attitude and reliability are essential.

Previous hospitality experience is welcomed but not required. We value teamwork, flexibility for weekends and holiday periods, and a genuine willingness to learn as we deliver

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transport.
• Ability to work productively and independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Great teamwork skills and flexible availability for weekends/holidays.
• Physical ability to perform manual work in all conditions.
• Previous hospitality experience helpful but not required.
• Valid Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of cabins.
• Cleaning guest facilities, including amenities, laundry and camp kitchen.
• Stock replenishment assistance.
• Directing visitors within the park.
• Following health and safety procedures.
• Linen changes.
• Providing excellent, high-level customer service.
