Reflections Holidays is seeking candidates who can work productively and independently while delivering friendly service at our park offices. You will be handling reservations, arrivals, and visitor directions, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Flexible weekend and holiday availability is required; prior hospitality experience is valued but not mandatory, and Australian work rights are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a valid Australian work rights.

Responsabilités

• Taking reservations via phone.
• Completing arrivals and departures in office.
• Opening/closing the office.
• Assisting and guiding visitors within the park.
• Following work health and safety procedures.

• Drivers Licenceand own vehicleor access to reliable transport.

• The physicalability to do manual work in all conditions.
• Flexibleavailability to work including weekend, peak holiday seasons & publicholiday work.
• Previousexperience in any hospitality role is highly regarded, but not required.
• Valid Australianwork rights.

The Duties will include;(but not limited to):

• Taking reservations,via phone
• Completing arrivals& departures, in office
• Opening/closingof office
• Assisting &directing visitors within the park
• Following workhealth & safety procedures.
