The Lookout Echo Point is a welcoming Food & Beverage Attendant role within Trippas White Group, located at the world-famous Three Sisters. You will deliver friendly service, assist with food and beverage delivery, and uphold high venue standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Friendly, reliable and well-presented.
• Current RSA certification or willingness to obtain.
• Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays.
• Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
• Passionate about hospitality and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to local and international guests
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Prepare and serve food, coffee, and beverages
• Operate POS systems and process payments
• Clear and reset tables and maintain venue presentation
• Assist with tour groups, functions, and special events
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and RSA requirements
• Work collaboratively with kitchen, café, and bar teams

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be responsiblefor creating outstanding guest experiences through friendly service, quality food andbeverage delivery, and maintaining high venue standards.
