Australian Relief Management in Gosford seeks an experienced motel/ caravan park manager for July 29 – August 3, 2026, with possible extension. The role oversees front office, housekeeping, maintenance and admin with a hands‑on leadership style.

You will drive guest satisfaction, manage budgets and staff rosters, develop occupancy-building marketing, and ensure safety for guests and team. Food and beverage not included.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Motel or Caravan Park Management is essential.
• Experience working with corporate clients and leisure travel agents.
• Sales & Marketing/Social Media ability.
• Strong leadership skills, a hands‑on approach, and a positive “can‑do” attitude.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead/manage and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all daily operations including Guest Services, housekeeping, maintenance and administration with a hands‑on approach.
• Ensure executional guest experience by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and service.
• Efficiently managing all front office systems and procedures
• Supervise and roster staff to ensure excellent service delivery and optimum guest satisfaction.
• Monitor the motel’s budget, wages and expenses and revenue to reach financial targets
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy
• Ensure the safety and security of guest and staff
• No food and beverage
