Housekeeping Manager - Millennium Hilton New York One UN Plaza (Finance)

The Millennium Hilton New York One UN Plaza is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to join our team! Our 439-room Midtown high-rise is conveniently located near the United Nations, Grand Central Station, Bryant Park, The Morgan Library, and Rockefeller Center. Enjoy unobstructed views of Manhattan and the East River skylines. Our historic Ambassador Grill and iconic lobby are designated New York City Interior Landmarks.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing housekeeping operations in a similar-sized property and be available full-time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Shift Pattern:

Full availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary Range:

$70,000 - $80,000 annually

• Managing housekeeping operations for guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and conference rooms
• Ensuring timely and efficient room readiness for guests
• Managing systems, budgeting, cost controls, and overall profitability
• Monitoring and developing team member performance, including supervision, evaluations, and recognition
• Conducting room inspections
