The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a housekeeping manager in a property of a similar size and full availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Shift Pattern: Full availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 / annually

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Manager, you will manage daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, service quality, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing housekeeping operations for guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms
• Ensuring timely and efficient room readiness for guests
• Overseeing systems use, cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, and policy enforcement
• Monitoring and developing team member performance through supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition
• Conducting room inspections
