The Millennium Hilton New York One UN Plaza (https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/nycuphh-millennium-hilton-new-york-one-un-plaza/) is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to join our team!

Our 439-room Midtown high-rise is the closest hotel to the United Nations and just half a mile from Grand Central Station. We are within one mile of Bryant Park, The Morgan Library, and Rockefeller Center. Guests can enjoy unobstructed views of Manhattan and the East River skylines. Our historic Ambassador Grill and iconic lobby are both designated New York City Interior Landmarks.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a housekeeping manager in a property of similar size and full availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Shift Pattern: Full availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually

• Manage daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, service quality, and product standards in guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and conference rooms
• Ensure timely and efficient room availability for guests
• Oversee systems management, cost controls, budgeting, and policy enforcement
• Monitor and develop team member performance, including supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition
• Conduct room inspections and maintain high standards
