Job summary

Evolution Hospitality's The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe seeks a Housekeeping Manager to oversee rooms, public areas, laundry and front/back of house operations in line with Aimbridge Hospitality standards.

You will supervise the entire Housekeeping Department, maintain safety, scheduling, payroll inputs, and inventory while ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service and high cleaning standards in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive hotel or related field experience; or 2-year college + 3+ years; or 4-year degree + 1+ year.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance per standards and hotel needs.
• Maintain personal appearance and proper uniform.
• Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations for safe operations.
• Train and review housekeeping staff; conduct interviews.
• Prepare employee schedules and payroll-related reports.
• Inspect rooms daily and manage VIP arrivals.
• Balance room status and manage Lost and Found procedures.
• Monitor supplies and conduct inventories.
