Job summary

VIPCor Hotel LLC DBA City Express Corvallis in Corvallis, Oregon seeks a Housekeeping Manager to lead daily room attendant assignments, public spaces, and laundry operations while upholding Marriott standards.

You will recruit, train, and coach a team, coordinate with Front Desk for efficient check-ins, and manage inventory and safety protocols.

This role requires 2–4 years of supervisory experience in hospitality and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction and quality control.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of housekeeping supervisory or management experience in hotel operations.
• Marriott PMS or digital housekeeping tracking experience a plus.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public spaces daily to ensure brand quality and cleanliness.
• Coordinate room turnaround with Front Desk to optimize check-in efficiency.
• Oversee on-site laundry operations, linen care, and inventory management.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and schedule housekeeping staff.
• Lead safety briefings and coach staff to high performance.
• Monitor supply consumption and place orders within budget.
• Report room damage or maintenance needs with maintenance team.
• Ensure health and safety protocols including SDS and OSHA standards.
• Address guest feedback on cleanliness with corrective actions.
