Job summary

You will manage budgets, forecast, RevPAR, and local sales, mentor department heads, and drive profitability. A hospitality or business degree and 3–5 years of leadership are required; ServSafe/CPR a plus; competitive salary with annual incentive.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive hotel leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business Administration.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L oversight.
• Experience with Marriott systems (FOSSE, Lightspeed, MARSHA) preferred.
• ServSafe / CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations across departments.
• Ensure brand standards and safety protocols are met.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly P&L reporting.
• Drive revenue via pricing, sales, and RevPAR optimization.
• Develop and mentor department managers and staff.
