Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality seeks a Housekeeping Manager for SpringHill Suites Green Bay. You will lead the housekeeping team, ensuring high standards across rooms, public areas, and laundry, while enforcing SOPs and safety.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to operate under pressure; driving compliance with brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in hotel or related field or 2-year degree with 3+ years related experience
• Supervisory experience required
• Proficient in Windows OS, company-approved spreadsheets and word processing
• Must have a valid driver’s license for the applicable state
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems quickly under pressure
• Ability to assimilate complex information from disparate sources

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping department across rooms, front/back of house, public areas and laundry
• Maintain regular attendance per brand standards and schedule requirements
• Ensure compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and safety regulations
• Conduct performance appraisals and manage staffing needs
• Monitor payroll and scheduling to align with business forecasts
• Train staff on SOPs and safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Balance room status and ensure privacy and security procedures are followed
