You will supervise, train, schedule, and inspect rooms and public areas, manage supplies and budgets, and collaborate with front desk and maintenance to ensure timely turnover and exceptional cleanliness. This full-time role requires leadership, organization, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping supervisory or management experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent attention to detail and standards of cleanliness.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure full coverage and optimal performance
• Inspect guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain cleanliness and brand standards
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, including ordering and budget tracking
• Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams to prioritize room turnovers and resolve guest concerns
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and compliance standards in accordance with health regulations
• Handle guest complaints and service recovery related to housekeeping in a professional manner
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching to housekeeping team members
