Spring-Hill-Suite is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to run the entire housekeeping department, ensuring top guest service while controlling costs. You will supervise staff, manage schedules, and collaborate with engineering and other departments to uphold hotel standards.

The role requires 5+ years in housekeeping with leadership experience, excellent communication, and a strong understanding of hotel operations. Flexibility for weekends, nights, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of college with coursework in business management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ housekeeping experience in a hotel of similar size, with 2 years in supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; solid understanding of hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage housekeeping and laundry operations through subordinate supervisors to meet productivity and service standards.
• Oversee budgeting, ordering, and receiving of linen and cleaning supplies; maintain inventories.
• Develop and implement quality control systems for housekeeping and laundry services; ensure timely service.
