Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group in Beloit, WI seeks a Housekeeping Manager to lead all housekeeping functions, including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring top-to-bottom cleanliness across the property. You will oversee minibars, inventory and supplies, and coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance to maximize guest satisfaction.

The role requires organizational leadership, attention to detail, and at least two years of supervisory experience in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year hospitality experience and/or supervisory experience.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Two to four years of experience in Front Desk, Guest Services and/or Housekeeping including at least two years management experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Front Desk and Maintenance Teams to ensure the property is maintained.
• Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain company policies and procedures.
• Oversee and ensure staffing and scheduling for housekeeping.
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and minibars.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Ensure training and onboarding for new housekeeping hires.
