Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year hospitality experience and/or supervisory experience.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Two to four years of experience in Front Desk, Guest Services and/or Housekeeping including at least two years management experience.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations and staff scheduling.
• Ensure guest room cleanliness meets standards and inspect public areas.
• Manage minibar inventory, supplies, and purchasing.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain PMS task assignments and reporting for housekeeping.
