Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Group is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, safe, and ready. You will support staffing, scheduling, training, and quality control while maintaining strong interdepartmental communication.

You will lead, train, and evaluate housekeeping, laundry, and house person teams; inspect rooms, manage inventory, and enforce safety standards.

• Previous housekeeping leadership experience.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Professional, dependable, and able to lead by example.
• Ability to walk, bend, lift, and inspect rooms throughout the shift.
• Strong problem solving and team building abilities.
• Flexible to work any shifts/days of the week, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments and workflow.
• Train, supervise, and support housekeeping, laundry, and house person teams.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality.
• Maintain inventory of linens, chemicals, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
• Resolve guest requests and housekeeping related concerns.
• Support deep cleaning projects and operational improvements.
• Communicate room readiness and updates to the front office.
• Assist with scheduling, performance management, and staff development.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and departmental records.
