A Housekeeping Manager is responsible for managing daily Housekeeping operations to ensure outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Manager, your responsibilities include:

1. Managing daily Housekeeping operations, maintaining cleanliness, service, and quality standards of guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms.
2. Ensuring rooms are cleaned and available to guests promptly and efficiently.
3. Managing systems use, cost controls, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, policy enforcement, and participating in meetings.
4. Monitoring and developing team member performance through supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
5. Overseeing and conducting room inspections.
6. Recruiting, interviewing, and training team members.
