Hotel Sales Manager (Remote)

Overview:

We are looking for a driven and results-focused Sales Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is essential in driving outbound sales, creating new opportunities, and contributing to the growth of the organization. Compensation
  • Base Salary: $70,000 annually.
  • Performance Bonus: Up to $12,000 per year, paid quarterly ($3,000 per quarter).

Core Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in the team’s success by focusing on the following areas:
Sales and Business Development:
  • Proactively identify, engage, and secure new corporate accounts to expand the client base.
  • Target and acquire key contracts in government and airline crew sectors.
  • Develop long-term lease agreements through effective negotiations.
Market Segments:
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines in Social, Military, Educational, Religious, and Fraternal (SMERF) as well as Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) markets.
Goal Achievement:
  • Excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, prioritizing growth and revenue generation.
  • Leverage a “hunter” mindset, focusing on acquiring new business rather than maintaining existing accounts.

  • Proven Sales Expertise: A strong background in outbound sales and generating leads, with a history of impactful contributions to revenue growth.
