What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Managing daily Housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness, service, and quality standards of guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms.
• Ensuring rooms are cleaned and available to guests promptly and efficiently.
• Overseeing systems use, cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, and policy enforcement.
• Monitoring and developing team member performance, including supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
• Conducting room inspections.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and training team members.
