Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead is searching for a talented and passionate Housekeeping Manager to help lead their team!

This beautiful property has 326 suites and is located in the Buckhead fashion district, near Lenox Mall, Phipps Plaza, and The Shoppes at Buckhead, just blocks from a MARTA rail station!

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in housekeeping management, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to build, elevate, and grow the team. They should bring structure and consistency, hold the team accountable to high standards, and ideally have experience with HOTSOS and a background in hotel operations.

Shift Pattern: Full-Time; full availability required, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Manager, you will manage daily Housekeeping operations to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining cleanliness, service, and quality standards for guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms
• Ensuring rooms are cleaned and available to guests promptly and efficiently
• Managing systems use, cost controls, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, policy enforcement, and participating in meetings
• Monitoring and developing team member performance through supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition
• Overseeing and conducting room inspections
• Recruiting, interviewing, and training team members
