Housekeeping Manager - Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead (Finance)

Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead is seeking a talented and passionate Housekeeping Manager to lead their team.

This property features 326 suites and is located in the Buckhead fashion district, near Lenox Mall, Phipps Plaza, and The Shoppes at Buckhead, just blocks from a MARTA rail station.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in housekeeping management, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to develop and elevate the team. Experience with HOTSOS and a background in hotel operations are advantageous.

Shift Pattern: Full-Time, with availability required including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

• Manage daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and quality standards for guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and event spaces.
• Ensure timely and efficient room availability for guests.
• Oversee systems management, cost controls, budgeting, and policy enforcement.
• Monitor and develop team performance through supervision, counseling, and recognition.
• Conduct room inspections.
• Recruit, interview, and train team members.
