Hilton Milwaukee is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead our dedicated team and uphold the highest cleanliness standards across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

You will hire, train, supervise, and coach staff, set departmental standards, manage budgeted costs, and ensure prompt, courteous guest service. This full-time role offers competitive pay, meal benefits, parking, and career growth opportunities within Marcus Hotels & Resorts.

As the Housekeeping Manager, you will have a key leadership role and are in charge of maintaining our hotel. As the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel is important to all our guests, you will ensure that the housekeeping department meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will assist in leading this dynamic team and ensure that hotel guest rooms, public spaces, and other areas of the hotel are clean and organized.

What will you be doing?

• Previous housekeeping experience, hotel experience highly desired.
• Ability to prioritize and organize workload to ensure deadlines are met.
• Ability to exercise judgment and implement control over the performance of others.
• Ability to provide clear direction, instruction, and guidance to associates.
• Ability to communicate effectively to associates.

Job Type: Full time, Salaried

Job Hours: Varies with weekend and holiday availability

Pay Rate: 55k-60k/Year
