Hilton Milwaukee is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead our dedicated team and uphold the highest cleanliness standards across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping teams in hospitality settings.
• Ability to hire, train, supervise and coach staff.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage budgets and standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training, supervising and coaching and counseling the Housekeeping staff.
• Establishes standards of cleanliness for all Housekeeping areas of responsibility.
• Plots direction and long term goals for the Housekeeping Department with the Director of Rooms.
• Controls and analyzes departmental cost to ensure performance against budget.
• Ensures that all designated guestrooms receive service.
• Inspects guestrooms, public and back-of-house areas as assigned and ensures compliance with standards.
• Performs manual duties of associates as necessary to cover temporary staff shortages
• Participates in the promotion of safety and security in assigned areas.
• Promotes excellent guest/associate rapport by reacting promptly, efficiently and courteously to all guest and associate requests
