Job summary

Hilton Milwaukee is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our downtown Milwaukee team. You will work behind the scenes to keep the kitchen clean, empty garbage, wash pots and pans, and load/unload the dishwasher, supporting a premium guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dish machine to standards, efficiently processing dishes and utensils.
• Manage clean dishes, unload, stack, and store them in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness in dish area and kitchen, including emptying garbage cans and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Ensure floor safety by sweeping, mopping, and drying, and transport soiled ware to designated areas.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely, wipe down countertops, restock supplies, and assist with equipment movement.
• Set up equipment and bus stations for efficient service, anticipating event order needs and performing additional assigned duties.

Pay Rate: $16.94/hour
