Job summary

MCR is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor at our Fort Worth property to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces. You will lead a team, coordinate with the front desk, and ensure safety and quality across the department.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and one year of related experience, with English language proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1 year of job-related experience.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day housekeeping operations during shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, lobby and offices.
• Ensure housekeeping carts, supplies and equipment are stocked and maintained.
• Update room status in property management system and communicate with front desk.
• Train and supervise Public Space Attendants and Room Attendants.
• Assist in cost control and payroll, inventory maintenance and procedural changes.
