Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of EVS and cleaning processes.
• 2+ years experience in hospitality or guest services.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in housekeeping management.
• Excellent leadership, detail-oriented, and customer service commitment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff during daily assignments.
• Adhere to department budget, oversee inventory, and order cleaning supplies.
• Document areas cleaned and report issues to the front office.
• Handle the hiring and training of housekeeping staff to meet standards.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and arrange repairs as needed.
