MCR's Tulsa property is hiring a dedicated Housekeeper to clean and prepare guest rooms, corridors, and public areas. You will stock supplies, follow established standards, and greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.

The role requires a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed. Training covers hotel procedures, safety, and guest service to ensure spotless rooms and a welcoming atmosphere across the property.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing environment preferred.
• Can-Do Attitude: must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to Follow Guidelines: must understand and follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Handle Pace and Pressure: must work well under stressful conditions.
• Listening and Conflict Resolution: effectively listen and resolve guest/co-worker concerns.
• Communication Skills: clearly convey information and ideas.
• Hospitality and Guest Service: desire to serve all guests.
• Age Requirement: must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible schedule: evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Cleaning and Stocking: stock room supplies and tools, attend morning stand-up, and manage linen and supplies.
• Clean and Stock Rooms: thoroughly clean and restock designated guest rooms per shift.
• Additional Cleaning Projects: assist with storage, public spaces, and deep cleaning as needed.
