Omni Fort Worth Hotel in downtown Fort Worth is seeking an experienced housekeeping supervisor to lead the guest room teams with a focus on service and cleanliness. You will manage shift openings, inventory, scheduling, and ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences across all public areas and rooms.

Responsibilities include directing GRA staff, overseeing housemen, coordinating with Laundry, and enforcing Omni cleanliness standards while fostering a motivated, guest-focused team.

Competenze

• Prior Housekeeping Supervisory/Management experience required.
• Experience in an upscale, full-service hotel environment strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English with guests and staff.

Mansioni

• Provide courteous, personalized guest service and respond promptly to inquiries and requests.
• Oversee Housekeeping leadership team, GRA staff, and daily operations.
• Coordinate with Laundry and other departments to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Monitor inventories, scheduling, and payroll-related controls.
• Inspect guestrooms and public spaces to ensure Omni standards are met.
