Job summary

Kohler Co. in Kohler, WI seeks a Housekeeping Coordinator to uphold the highest housekeeping standards across venues including The American Club, Carriage House, Inn on Woodlake, Riverbend and cabins.

You will lead a positive team, ensure timely execution, and address guest needs in the absence of senior staff. This full-time role features weekday and weekend hours (2:00 pm - 10:00 pm) and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Two year associate degree preferred or in progress.
• Experience in leadership or supervisory role in housekeeping or hotel setting.
• Scheduling and hotel knowledge essential.
• Candidate must speak, write, and understand English.
• Computer skills essential: Outlook, Word, Excel and Property Management System.
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping to Kohler luxury standards for each property.
• Supervise and train team; handle payroll approvals when needed.
• Monitor visual appearance of all properties and guest spaces.
• Address guest issues in the absence of senior staff.
• Participate in operational meetings and property updates.
• Develop SOPs to drive consistency and training across staff.
