Job summary

The American Club in Kohler, WI is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to lead housekeeping operations and ensure premier cleanliness across Kohler properties. This role focuses on guest satisfaction, staff supervision, and adherence to Kohler luxury standards.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, payroll coordination, SOP development, and cross-department collaboration with Front Desk and other teams. Onsite, full-time role with 2:00 pm–10:00 pm shifts.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a housekeeping or hotel setting.
• Scheduling and payroll coordination experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, writing) required.
• Computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and a PMS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff to Kohler luxury standards across properties.
• Assist with end-of-month inventories and replenishment of supplies.
• Coordinate with Executive Housekeeper and Front Desk on shift coverage and guest needs.
• Develop SOPs to improve consistency and training across the team.
• Participate in leadership meetings and department initiatives.
