Concord Hospitality Brand in New Jersey seeks a Room Inspector (Senior Housekeeper) to ensure every guest room meets high standards. You will lead quality inspections, supervise Room Attendants, and support daily operations to provide a clean and comfortable stay.

You will assign tasks, address maintenance concerns, and respond to guest requests, driving safety and guest satisfaction across Concord managed hotels.

Qualifications

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and brand standards.
• Supervise and support Room Attendants, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to procedures.
• Train and coach team members on cleaning standards, safety practices, and performance expectations.
• Monitor room status, maintain key control, and ensure accurate reporting of cleaned rooms.
