Concord is hiring a Room Inspector (Senior Housekeeper) in Charlotte to ensure every guest room meets high standards. You will lead quality inspections, support the team, and deliver a clean, comfortable stay experience.

You will supervise Room Attendants, assign tasks, and lead pre-shift meetings to set expectations. The role emphasizes safety, guest service, and continuous training for team members.

Qualifications

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure cleanliness and brand standards.
• Supervise Room Attendants, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to procedures.
• Assign daily room tasks, distribute keys, and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns; verify completion to ensure rooms are guest-ready.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns to enhance satisfaction.
