Concord is seeking a Room Inspector (Senior Housekeeper) to lead quality inspections and ensure guest rooms meet brand standards. You will supervise Room Attendants, assign daily tasks, and coordinate pre-shift briefings to set expectations.

The role emphasizes responding to guest needs, maintaining cleanliness, and sustaining safety and organization throughout linen and storage areas. A strong focus on training and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and brand standards.
• Supervise and support Room Attendants, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to procedures.
• Assign daily room assignments, distribute keys, and lead pre-shift meetings to set expectations.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns; verify completion to ensure rooms are guest-ready.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns to enhance satisfaction.
