Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Room Inspector (Senior Housekeeper) to ensure each guest room meets our high standards through daily inspections and team support.

You will supervise Room Attendants, assign daily tasks, report maintenance needs, and maintain inventory controls while prioritizing guest satisfaction and safety. This full-time role emphasizes leadership and quality in a hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and brand standards are consistently met.
• Support Room Attendants, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to procedures and standards.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns; verify completion to ensure rooms are guest-ready.
• Respond promptly to guest and employee requests and resolve concerns to enhance satisfaction.
