Job summary

Hilton Tempo in Nashville is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and brand standards.

You will train, coach, and motivate a team of attendants, manage inventory and safety protocols, and coordinate with management to maintain exceptional guest satisfaction. This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and flexible scheduling.

• Ensure carts, closets, and supply rooms are clean, stocked, and organized.
• Address guest requests and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Report maintenance concerns and ensure timely follow-up.
• Monitor productivity and assist with scheduling and labor management.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, assignments, and supply usage.
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality coursework or certification preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in a hotel environment.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Experience with housekeeping software or PMS systems (HotSOS, OnQ, Opera, etc.) a plus.

Skills & Knowledge
