Job summary

Hilton Tempo Nashville is seeking a Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor for the PM shift to lead daily operations with a hands-on approach. You will supervise housekeeping, laundry, and public areas while ensuring adherence to brand standards and safety protocols.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in a busy hotel environment, strong guest-service focus, and the ability to coordinate with engineering and front desk teams to maximize guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar hospitality setting.
• Minimum six months as a housekeeping inspector or in a quality-control role.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in housekeeping, laundry, or similar.
• Experience supervising a high-volume hotel laundry operation preferred.
• Experience coordinating with laundry processing around 550 pounds per hour preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping, laundry, and public areas to meet cleanliness and brand standards.
• Act as PM-shift working leader, participate in laundry operations while supervising staff.
• Coordinate daily tasks, staff checklists, logs, and production records.
• Work with Engineering and Front Office to resolve equipment and guest satisfaction issues.
• Maintain safe operating procedures and monitor productivity, safety, and quality.
• Provide hands-on support during peak periods and ensure smooth shift handoffs.
