Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking an experienced housekeeping leader for a high-volume Aloft Tampa Downtown property. You will manage the housekeeping and laundry teams, ensure standards, control costs, and drive guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, training capabilities, and collaboration with other departments to maintain operations at peak performance. Experience in hotel housekeeping, budget forecasting, and adherence to SOPs is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in housekeeping, preferably in hospitality.
• Thorough knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operations and requirements.
• Ability to work with other department leaders and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor staff workload to meet cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Develop housekeeping and laundry budgets and cost-controls.
• Schedule labor to align with occupancy forecasts and events.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; resolve conflicts and provide clear direction.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and OSHA guidelines.
• Communicate effectively to maintain high guest satisfaction.
