Job summary

Highgate Hotels, LP, owner of Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel, seeks a Housekeeping Inspector in Las Vegas, NV. This full-time, hourly role focuses on inspecting guestrooms, maintaining cleanliness standards, and coordinating with Guest Services to ensure guest satisfaction.

The position requires supervisory experience, strong communication and multitasking abilities, and the stamina to stand throughout shifts in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Must be able to stand during the entire shift.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with guests and staff.
• Must multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleanliness and readiness of guestrooms by housekeeping staff.
• Inspect rooms daily to ensure standards and productivity.
• Notify and re-inspect when deficiencies are found.
• Maintain records of daily assignments and key control.
• Supervise Laundry staff when applicable.
• Coordinate with Guest Services on room status and VIPs.
