Job summary

Loews Coral Gables Hotel is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to maintain clean public spaces and guest areas. You will promote guest satisfaction, handle requests, and support the team in delivering a polished hotel experience.

The role requires physical endurance, the ability to be on your feet for long periods, and a customer-service mindset. Training and development opportunities are available as part of our growth culture at Loews.

Qualifications

• Basic English language skills.
• Able to stand and lift up to 150 pounds repeatedly.
• Experience in housekeeping is preferred.

Responsibilities

• To clean all public guest room areas of the hotel as assigned.
• Promote good public relations and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby areas, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces.
• Handle guests with excellent guest relations skills and respond to requests promptly.
