Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; plus 2+ years of related experience (hospitality preferred).

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and work performed by housekeeping staff to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Complete quality inspections before rooms are released for guest use.
• Monitor cleanliness of carts, storage areas, hallways, and stairwells.
• Assist with training and development of Room Attendants, Housemen, and Expeditors.

• Perform key audits and track departmental resources.

The Housekeeping Coordinator supports daily housekeeping operations during assigned shifts, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet company quality standards by ensuring room readiness and efficient communication across the property.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

• Inspect guest rooms and work performed by housekeeping staff to ensure compliance with company standards
• Complete quality inspections before rooms are released for guest use

What You Will Need

Additional Requirements

• Able to walk frequently, easily utilize property stairwells and bend & lift (up to 30 lbs.)
