Four Seasons Hotels Ltd in Naples Beach Club is seeking a Public Area Attendant to keep lobby and public spaces spotless, welcoming guests with meticulous attention to detail. You will vacuum, mop, dust, and stock areas while supporting room attendants to ensure the guest experience meets Four Seasons standards.

We value flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to assist across shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Experience in housekeeping or public areas preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Stock supplies and assist room attendants as needed.
• Prepare floors and service areas for arrivals and service schedules.

The first of its kind, the Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is paradise found.**About the role:**Supports the overall cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of Housekeeping operations by maintaining public areas, stocking supplies, and assisting Room Attendants to ensure guest areas are clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.**What you will do:****ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:*** Supports cleanliness standards by vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, and ensuring all surfaces and fixtures are maintained to Four Seasons standards.* Adds special touches to public and service areas to enhance the guest experience, such as ensuring guest-facing areas are consistently tidy, stocked, and well presented.* Assists with deep-cleaning tasks and projects as assigned.* Assists in preparing floors and service areas for arriving guests, ensuring all supplies, linen, and amenities are fully stocked for the day’s arrivals and service schedules.* Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.* Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.* And More!**NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, Turndown Attendant, and Room Attendant.**What you bring:*** Previous experience preferred but not required.* Ability to read, write and speak English.* This location and this job require applicants to have current work authorization in the United States.**What We Offer:**Four Seasons believes in offering the best to the best when it comes to employee benefits!
