Job summary

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to maintain public areas and assist Room Attendants, ensuring guest spaces are clean, safe, and welcoming.

This full-time role offers mornings, afternoons, or evenings, and weekends/holidays. Prior experience is preferred but not required; strong English skills and US work authorization are essential. Join a cohesive luxury team with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of public areas and assist Room Attendants to ensure guest areas are clean, safe and welcoming.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, polish surfaces to Four Seasons standards and keep spaces tidy and well presented.
• Stock supplies and prepare floors and service areas for arrivals and service schedules.
• Assist with deep-cleaning tasks and projects as assigned.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
• Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors.

About The Role

Supports the overall cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of Housekeeping operations by maintaining public areas, stocking supplies, and assisting Room Attendants to ensure guest areas are clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.

Essential Functions

What you will do:

• Supports cleanliness standards by vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, and ensuring all surfaces and fixtures are maintained to Four Seasons standards.
• Adds special touches to public and service areas to enhance the guest experience, such as ensuring guest‑facing areas are consistently tidy, stocked, and well presented.
• Assists with deep‑cleaning tasks and projects as assigned.
• Assists in preparing floors and service areas for arriving guests, ensuring all supplies, linen, and amenities are fully stocked for the day’s arrivals and service schedules.
• Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.

Non-essential Functions

• Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, Turndown Attendant, and Room Attendant.
