Housekeeping Assistant Manager - Six Senses Crans Montana

As Housekeeping Assistant Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Housekeeping department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards.

The duties and responsibilities will include:

• Having a thorough knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the resort, including the types of rooms available, as well as their location and layout.
• Supporting the Housekeeping Manager and Director of Rooms, focusing on the rejuvenation of the room/public area and laundry experience.
• Administering all housekeeping and laundry facilities and ensuring a secure environment for all guests.
• Ensuring that all policies, procedures, and best practices are in place and rigorously enforced.
• Collaborating with Front Office/Guest Services, Reservations, and F&B to meet guest needs and oversee the overall smooth operation of the Housekeeping department.
• Instilling a cost-focused philosophy through training and education.
• Operating the property in compliance with legal, statutory, and financial requirements, including documentation, reporting systems, contractual obligations, security and safety protocols, communication standards, and budget controls.

Qualifications

To qualify for the Housekeeping Assistant Manager role, candidates should have the necessary qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a similar role within luxury hotels, demonstrating proven results. The preferred qualifications include:

• Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent, plus management or supervisory experience, and at least four years of housekeeping/laundry experience, preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel, or Business Management, with more than five years of experience in a similar hotel operational role being preferred.
• Fluency in English and French.
• European or Swiss Passport.
