You will oversee payroll, scheduling, productivity tracking, seniority records, lost‑and‑found, and staff development, while upholding Title 31 and company policies in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of hospitality or facilities experience, including leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence, coach, and resolve conflict.
  • OSHA safety knowledge and familiarity with SDS and biohazard cleanup.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, schedule, coach, evaluate, and manage department staff.
  • Drive strategic initiatives by translating goals into actionable plans.
  • Oversee cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Oversee payroll and related administrative duties.

You oversee daily operations including lost found, payroll, productivity tracking, seniority lists, and team scheduling based on business needs.
