Job summary

Saint Therese in Monroe, MI is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper to maintain clean resident rooms, baths, and common areas. The role follows a Monday–Friday morning schedule (8:00 am–12:00 pm), totaling 20 hours per week with competitive wages and strong benefits.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Experience:

• Required: One year previous in housekeeping, environmental services, or hospitality experience
• Preferred: Experience working in healthcare, senior living, or similar environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting daily cleaning schedules and deadlines
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete tasks independently
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact respectfully and professionally with residents and team members
• Basic understanding of housekeeping chemicals and safe cleaning practices
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to effectively perform job duties
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and pushing carts
• Reliable attendance and consistent professional work behavior
