Saint Therese in Monroe, MI is seeking a Nurse Aide (Non-Certified) to join a dedicated care team. You will provide compassionate, resident-centered care across daily activities, with shifts including mornings, evenings, and overnights to fit a two-week schedule.

Nurse Aide (Non-Certified) | Saint Therese - Monroe, MI

Available Scheduled Shifts per two-week pay period: Positions available include working every other weekend and every other holiday.

• Morning Shift 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (Part Time | 32 hours per two-week pay period)
• Evening Shift 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. (Part-Time | 40 hours per two-week pay period)
• Midnight Shift 10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. (Part-Time | 24 hours per two-week pay period)

Sign on Bonus of $1,000 for 16 - 47 hours per two week pay period! *Same Day Pay Available*

• Provide direct care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
• Take and record vital signs accurately and report any changes in condition promptly
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being and communicate concerns to nursing staff
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers using approved techniques and equipment (gait belts, mechanical lifts, etc.)
• Support residents with daily care needs while preserving dignity and independence
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
• Foster a respectful, compassionate environment for residents, families, and team members

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience as a caregiver in a facility, senior care, or similar setting
• Resident-centered approach with sensitivity to individual needs and abilities
• Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
• Dependability and ability to follow written and verbal instructionsProfessional maturity and ability to manage the demands of a care environment
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting and transferring residents

Preferred Experience

• Experience in assisted living or memory care preferred
