Job summary

Saint Therese in Monroe, MI is seeking a Part-Time Dietary Aide to assist in dining services for residents. You will provide a welcoming dining experience, follow diet cards, and support nutrition services in a team-oriented environment.

Shifts include morning and evening options with every other weekend and holiday, on-site roles in a faith-based nonprofit with a focus on person-centered care. Prior food service not required; training provided. Competitive wages and benefits available.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and positive dining experience for residents by serving meals with warmth and professionalism.

• Support nutrition services operations, including setup, cleanup, and related duties.
• Build respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members while delivering excellent customer service.

Part‑Time | Dietary Aide

Schedule

Positions available include working every other weekend and every other holiday.

Available Shifts

1. Morning Shift
2. 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (Full‑time, 80 hours per two‑week pay period)
3. 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (Part‑time, 48 hours per two‑week pay period)
4. Evening Shift
5. 3:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. (Part‑time, 32 hours per two‑week pay period)

Qualifications

Experience

1. Previous serving or food service experience preferred, but not required.
2. Experience in senior living or hospitality settings is a plus.

3. Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.
