Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, and taking out the trash.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining resident rooms, common areas, and corridors.
• Disinfect and sanitize surfaces, equipment, and furniture to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
• Reports any hazardous conditions or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Participates in infection control and universal precautions practices.
• Maintains the appearance of maintenance work areas and minimizes waste of supplies.
• Provides exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff.
• Demonstrates ability to work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to all HIPAA requirements.
