Position Title: Housekeeper @ Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront

We are looking for a professional Housekeeper to join our team and embrace these values.

Position Overview:

Our Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning all assigned guest rooms, ensuring they meet our company and brand standards. Each room is cleaned thoroughly, safely, and in a timely manner.

Job Functions:

• Replenish supplies, such as drinking glasses and writing materials.
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies using a vacuum cleaner.
• Clean all areas of guest rooms, including bathtub/shower, toilet, sink, floors, mirrors, etc.
• Dust furniture and equipment.
• Make beds with fresh linen.
• Polish metal fixtures and fittings.
• Wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Clean windows, door panels, and sills.
• If applicable, clean and organize patio furniture and balconies.
• Empty wastebaskets and ashtrays, and transport waste to disposal area.
• Replenish bathroom supplies.
• Replace light bulbs and remote batteries if needed.
• Follow safety regulations when handling chemicals.
• Report for scheduled shifts on time, in uniform, and in accordance with company policy.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to this role.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
